How to prepare a box
1. Spread a layer of no less than 5 cm of padding material, such as polystyrene or foam, on the bottom of the box.
2. Strengthen the walls of the box by internally affixing polystyrene slabs, at least 5 cm thick, so as to cushion blows or stresses.
3. Wrap each individual item to be shipped in at least 5 cm of protective material (example: five or six rounds of bubble wrap); place them inside the package so that they can no longer move.
4. Fill each empty space inside the package with polystyrene, or other filler material, in order to avoid damage caused by impact between individual products.
5. Avoid placing the inner contents directly in contact with the outer box, but place other cardboard or packaging material.
6. If what you need to ship has sharp points or protrusions, cover them with pads or corrugated panels to prevent them from damaging the carton in the box.
7. Do not combine two or more boxes into one body.
8. Seal the package by applying a triple layer of 3/5 cm wide adhesive tape or pressure sensitive strips at the top and bottom, so as to form an H on the flaps and joints.
9. Remember that each individual box must comply with the following dimensions:
- Length limit: at most 240 cm.
- Volume limit: at the maximum 330 cm (given by the algebraic sum of the two shortest sides multiplied by two, plus the third side) and at the maximum 3 MC (three cubic meters).

How do you pack a suitcase
1. The suitcase must not be closed with padlocks
2. If you send a suitcase the best solution is to put it in a cardboard box of the appropriate size.
However, if you do not have this type of packaging the alternative is to do as at the airport:
- Wrap the suitcase in cling film taking care to also cover the handle, wheels and hinges and making sure that it cannot come off, in this way you will protect it from any scratches, stains or tears.
- Secure the film with the H-patterned bundled scotch both above and below, so that in addition to closing it, the tape also reinforces the edges of the suitcase.
This way you will give a minimum of protection to the suitcase and at the same time you will have an optimal surface to apply the label.
Remember that the only suitable packaging for couriers is the cardboard box, if you do not use a box unfortunately the suitcase will travel at your own risk.
3. The dimensions of the suitcase must comply with the instructions in the section HOW TO PREPARE A BOX, at the beginning of this page.
